Customer Service – Shipping & Handling:

Orders will be sent out after payment has verified. (Usually within 24 to 48hours.)

 

On our online stores we want to offer the best shipping service possible. We reserve the right to ship out with the most capable and reputable carrier that is available to get your product to you in a fast and intact manner.

 

For large orders that are direct shipped or palletized on skids we choose reliable Common Carriers to deliver the goods! Larger order may take longer to process and ship but we will keep you informed on how the process is going so you know when you expect your order.

 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes so if an order has a PO Box as a ship to address you will be contacted via email or phone for a corrected SHIP TO address and this may hold up the processing of your order.

 

Expedited Shipping:

At this time we only offer GROUND shipments that may take up to 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order faster email us with the order information along with your zip code and we will Quote you Expedited shipping service 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air etc. See contact information above for phone and fax numbers.

 

International Destinations:

We currently ship to countries where PayPal payments are processable. This includes many international addresses.

 

These orders are processed via quote on shipping so we will need your shopping cart items and address emailed or faxed to us for a quote on shipping.

 

Any applicable duty, VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your countries customs department to determine the applicable taxes and rates.

 

Please allow additional time for processing paperwork associated with international shipments.

 

Customer Service-Warranties:

All of our products are covered by the original manufacture’s warranty.

 

Customer Service-Returns or Exchanges:

 

All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number in order to receive proper credit. To obtain an RGA Number contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return and we will email you the RGA Number and a RETURN ADDRESS do not send it to our office unless it says so on the RGA NUMBER follow the instructions carefully!

 

Any items returned without proper paperwork may get lost and can result in NO CREDIT for the return.

 

Returns must be made within a thirty day period that begins on the day the merchandise is shipped.

 

All returns must be in the original condition and must include all packaging and accessories.

 

Shipping is not refundable and there is a 15% restocking charge on all returned orders. Some exceptions apply such as faulty products so please contact us immediately on broken or faulty items you have received and we will send out replacements and a RECALL TAG to pick up the product.

 

For your own protection, we recommend shipping your order back to us in a guaranteed, insured, or traceable manner. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit from you to us.

 

Shortages:

Shortages should be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the product!

 

Order Cancellations or Revisions:

 

In most cases we process orders as soon as they arrive. If a change is necessary please let us know immediately so we can change it.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that goes through our system with missing information or shipping charges etc. due to data error.
